Work, therefore, is not only the duties we perform. It is a source of income. It is the primary motivation for each of us to work. Work, that is, the aforementioned duties for which we have contracted with an employer, is a kind of exchange. We offer our services, time, knowledge, emotions, etc., the employer repays us in a variety of ways - with a basic view of payment. The basic duty of each of us is to take care of ourselves. We are obliged, therefore, to make the exchange with our employer satisfactory to each party and in every field. In the case of work with which we do not agree and we do it only for income, in addition to the unpleasant consequences for ourselves described below, we will also fail to achieve results for the boss, the company. Here the example of a falling airplane and oxygen masks that fall out of the flaps above our heads when the machine crashes seems a good one. We should first put it on ourselves before we start helping others. Returning to our consideration, a frustrated worker is certainly a poor performer.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3><br> My body: \"I don't care about you\"</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>What happens when we do a job that tires us out and yet in an environment where we feel like a fifth wheel? Surely each of you can guess the consequences of such an action. We are hurting our body, so its reactions will be simply adequate. The list of such problems is very long, and eventually, in addition to the \"basic\" ones, come those that develop into serious illnesses that threaten our health. Stress, occupational burnout, depression with all its \"inventory goodness\", mechanisms of transfer (e.g. to family, loved ones) open the list. In order not to get that far, I suggest you some red lights that may give you a signal to think about changing the workplace. \"Professional treadmill\"<br> There's a rat race in your current job, and you've reached a point where the very thought of continuing on this career path is unbearable? This is a definite signal that it's time to look around for a new direction.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Artificiality</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>If authenticity is an important quality in your life, you will certainly not feel comfortable in a place where, at the very least, your views are not respected. No one needs to be convinced that in the event of a loss of health, everything, literally everything else goes to the far background. Signs of physical deterioration are the most serious sign and warning sent by our own body. Diseases are very often psychosomatic. That is, they are a reaction to a stress factor that we can no longer cope with mentally. This is the \"last call.\"  However, the most serious signal that it's time for a change are physical signs.
