The main task of these platforms is to <strong>improve communication</strong>. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>In a small company with, let's say, less than 10 employees, the ease of communication and the effects of that communication will be much higher than in the case of an enterprise with 5,000 employees, and the resilience of the company's operations depends on the efficiency of the flow of information. In a smaller team of people, it's easier to simply establish ongoing activities and orchestrate their execution. Large companies are usually divided into teams, and their leaders communicate with each other the direction and sequence of processes. The leader (manager) himself delegates individual activities to team members at the basic level of the company, such as line workers - production. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The consequences of employees not understanding each other, in the case of enterprises engaged in, for example, production, and already in the case of a relatively small enterprise, can be lamentable. Take the example of the operator of a milling machine, who was given the task of cutting steel cubes of certain shapes. The worker made a mistake and made this subassembly in a full quantity of, for example, 50 pieces with the wrong dimensions. The entire further production process of the device with these components is impossible to continue, not to mention the loss of materials, etc. To avoid such misunderstandings, professional tools are used, in which tasks are ordered clearly and transparently in writing on applications.
