Zjawisko to oczywiście funkcjonowało wcześniej jednak, w tamtym okresie dotknęło najpotężniejszy kraj świata, w związku z tym na jego reakcje nie trzeba było długo czekać. Poza oczywistymi militarnymi działaniami, rozpoczęto wdrażanie procedur wzmożonego bezpieczeństwa. Widać to wyraźnie przy bramkach wykrywających metal i inne materiały z których można uzyskać materiał wybuchowy licznie stojących na lotniskach. Od 2001 roku minęło już 20 lat. Sporo prawda? Prawie ćwierć wieku, a obostrzenia związane z bezpieczeństwem terrorystycznym funkcjonuje dalej w praktycznie takim samym stopniu.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>W dzisiejszym wpisie chciałbym poruszyć kwestie pracy zdalnej, w kontekście utrzymania niejako ciągłości tego rozwiązania po okiełznaniu wirusa SARS - Cov 2. Wiele firm wprowadziło ten system pracy bardziej lub mniej chętnie. Niektórzy z większym strachem wywołanym sytuacją epidemiologiczną, inni i bardziej sceptyczni w myśl zasady „Dura lex, sed lex”.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Praca zdalna w liczbach</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Jak wynika z raportu komisji europejskiej, opublikowanego 30 kwietnia 2020 roku, przed pandemią zdalnie i przy 40h/tyg pracowaliśmy w 1,9%. W tym momencie procent ten wynosi, aż 85,6. Widzimy jasno, że praktycznie w całości przekształciliśmy nasz model pracy. Tryb ten, niewątpliwie atrakcyjny w swojej formie, przyniósł wiele pozytywnych konsekwencji. Zróbmy sobie małe porównanie opinii pracowników z okresu przed i w trakcie trwania pandemii w oparciu o raport komisji. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul><li>Dostosowania pracy do osobistych potrzeb: wzrost z 71% do 81%</li><li>Oszczędność czasu (np. na dojazdy): wzrost z 50% do 94 %</li><li>Motywacja do pracy: wzrost z 28% do 45%</li><li>Ogólna większa satysfakcja z pracy: wzrost z 30% do 42 %</li></ul>\r\n<!-- /wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3> Na dłuższą metę już nie tak kolorowo…</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Ten sam raport, jest bardzo obszerna publikacją i zawiera w swojej treści również drugą stronę medalu. O negatywnych skutkach pracy zdalnej pisaliśmy już wcześniej. Posługiwaliśmy się w naszych publikacjach psychologią ludzkiego umysłu i jego zadaniowości, „potrzebie” stabilizacji oraz samym fizycznym ruchu. Do tego wszystkiego dochodzi jakże oczywisty i prosty fakt, mianowicie, że jesteśmy zwierzętami stadnymi. Potrzebujemy siebie nawzajem, interakcji z drugim człowiekiem i to już na poziomie najdrobniejszym (jak chociażby zapach wydzielany przez drugą osobę). Wszystko to i wiele więcej oczywistych czynników powoduje to, że stopniowo zaczyna nam ten sposób pracy doskwierać. Generalny wniosek z badania wpływu pracy zdalnej wygląda następująco: radzimy sobie, ale coraz bardziej odczuwamy skutki braku kontaktu z drugim człowiekiem oraz nieuporządkowania stref pracy i domu.
