Z powodu kwarantanny bądź zachorowania pracownika, pracodawca traci „ręce do pracy”. Nierzadko kilka par w jednym momencie. W dzisiejszym wpisie przyjrzymy się raportowi badania „Powrót do pracy ozdrowieńców po COVID-19 i stosunek pracodawców do zgłaszanych przez nich powikłań” przeprowadzonego przy współpracy Instytutu LB Medical i Agencji Badawczej SW Researchonad. Postawa przedsiębiorców budzi obawy. W telegraficznym skrócie wygląda ona następująco: „albo wyzdrowieje, albo straci pracę”.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3,\"customTextColor\":\"#003399\"} -->\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#003399\">Medal ma dwie strony</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Postawa przedsiębiorców, chodź mocno postawiona na ostrzu noża, nie wynika z ich krwiożerczo – kapitalistycznego podejścia do prowadzenia swoich przedsiębiorstw. Jest to bardzo trudna sytuacja zarówno dla jednej jak i drugiej strony. Pracownik postawiony przed takim „ultimatum” odczuwa drastyczny spadek po prostu zaufania do swojego szefa. Spadek zaufania powoduje duży stres, a w sytuacji gdy chodzi o środki do życia sytuacja robi się bardzo napięta co powoduje znaczny spadek odporności potrzebnej do walki z chorobą czy ewentualnymi powikłaniami i koło się zamyka. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Z drugiej strony mamy pracodawców, którzy przez już bardzo znaczący okres czasu poruszali niebo i ziemię aby zapewnić swoim pracownikom różne dodatkowe pakiety medyczne, skrócenie czasu pracy czy płatne chorobowe dni, a nierzadko tygodnie. To wszystko kosztuje i mimo najlepszych intencji pracodawców „worek” nie jest bez dna.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3,\"customTextColor\":\"#003399\"} -->\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#003399\">Garść statystyk</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Powyższe działania deklarowało 24% pracodawców. Jednak 42,7 proc. nie pomyślało o tym, by przekazać informację o stanie zdrowia swojemu pracodawcy, a 18,4 proc. uznała, że ta informacja nie jest dla szefa ważna. W związku ze zwykłą o stanowisko pracy 12 proc. nie podjęło tego tematu ze swoim szefem, a 13.2% uznało, że objawy po prostu szybko miną. Z powodu choroby na okres 7-14 dni, pracę przerwało, aż 30.4% osób, ale na okres 15-21 dni niewiele mniej bo 26.2%. Jedynie 4% nie korzystało z przerwy w pracy. Do tego dochodzą inne czynnik związane z samą chorobą ale też sytuacją pandemiczną. Mowa tutaj o depresji środowiskowej. Wywołują ją właśnie tego typu czynnik jak cała sytuacja związana z koronawirusem. W związku z tym faktem został odnotowany wzrost zwolnień lekarskich spowodowanych epizodami depresyjnymi, aż o 71% w roku 2020 w porównaniu do 2019. Suma tego wszystkiego to dziesiątki milionów dni absencji w pracy. To niebagatelne koszty dla wyczerpanych pracodawców.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3,\"customTextColor\":\"#003399\"} -->\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#003399\">Choroby górnego układu oddechowego to powikłania</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Ta grupa chorób, zostawia po swoim przebiegu poważne ślady na zdrowiu człowieka. Osłabienie, brak energii, obniżenie nastroju, pogorszenie pamięci należą do tych „łagodniejszych”. Wiemy już, że wirus atakuje układ nerwowy człowieka co wiąże się oprócz najbardziej częstych utraty węchu i smaku, także z zaburzeniami funkcji poznawczych człowieka. Jest to tzw. „mgła mózgowa”. Niepokojącym zjawiskiem jest także coraz częściej odnotowywana zakrzepica poszczepienna wynikająca wprost z podania szczepionki. Śladów występujących po przebiegu choroby możemy podać znacznie więcej, jednak chcieliśmy jedynie zwrócić uwagę na szkody psychospołeczne i ekonomiczne, jakie wyrządziła pandemia. To poważne zagrożenie dla funkcjonowania firm polskich i całej gospodarki Naszego kraju.
