Dostępna jest też bogata oferta posiłków z lodówki, serwowanych w miejscu przypominającym kawiarnię.</li></ul>\r\n<!-- /wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Wellbeing przybiera też formę zdalną. Bogata jest oferta aplikacji, które wspierają w utrzymywaniu dobrostanu, na przykład, przypominając o porach posiłków, ćwiczeń oraz dostarczając użytecznych wskazówek na różne trudne chwile.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Elementem wellbeing jest też aplikacja coachingowa, w której coaching jest realizowany w krótkich 15 minutowych sesjach poświęconych bieżącym problemom, w tym wsparciu mentalnemu.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":30} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul><li>Flexiwork i narzędzia do zarządzania zespołami oraz organizacjami, pracującymi w modelu flexi oznacza pracę realizowaną w trybie zadaniowym, najczęściej w niepełnym wymiarze godzinowym, a także zdalnie, w zespole rozproszonym, przez określony czas ukierunkowaną na dostarczenie konkretnego rezultatu.</li></ul>\r\n<!-- /wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Jest to model pracy, który coraz częściej znajduje odzwierciedlenie w szwajcarskich ogłoszeniach o pracę i zdecydowanie jest preferowany przez Szwajcarów, zapewnia bowiem work – life balance w sposób dopasowany do potrzeb i charakterystyk momentu życiowego, w jakim znajduje się dana osoba.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Model flexiwork stawia przez managerami i HR zupełnie nowe wyzwania.
