Ja na przykład rankiem zakładam słuchawki i wypijam kubek kawy słuchając muzyki. Rytuały pozwalają zachować dobrze nam znany kontekst całej sytuacji. Powoduje to, że jest ona programowalna i powtarzalna – a to nasze „komputery”, czyli mózgi, lubią najbardziej. Dzisiejszy wpis odnosi się do konkretnych rytuałów, a mianowicie tych pracowniczych. Miejsce pracy, jego wygląd, nasze biurko czy chociażby fakt, że rano wstawaliśmy do pracy i wychodziliśmy z domu w „pełnym rynsztunku” to swojego rodzaju elementy programu, na jaki nasz mózg przełącza się w odpowiednim momencie. To z kolei powoduje jego odpowiednią aktywność, potrzebną do wykonania danego zadania. Jak więc zachować rytuały w trakcie pracy zdalnej?</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Praca zdalna i stacjonarna</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Niecały rok temu ten rodzaj pracy był marzeniem wielu osób i dotyczył  raczej freelancerów. W tym roku natomiast piszemy poradniki dla ogółu, jak skutecznie pracować zdalnie… i nie zwariować. Wiosną, kiedy ruszała praca zdalna w praktycznie każdej działce gospodarki, troszeczkę zachłysnęliśmy się możliwością pracy „w piżamie”. A jak jest dzisiaj? Dziś wielu z nas marzy o powrocie do dobrze znanej nam sprzed roku rzeczywistości. Brakuje nam wypracowanego rytuału w pracy stacjonarnej czy chociażby wspólnego lunchu ze współpracownikami. Badania i obserwacje potwierdzają, że brak tych elementów powoduje rozdrażnienie, zmęczenie i wiele tego typu nieprzyjemnych odczuć. Pracujemy w tym wszystkim stosunkowo dłużej, często za mniejsze wynagrodzenie co też nie wpływa na nas pozytywnie.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Rytuał przejścia</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Zbudowanie \"rytuałów przejścia\", czyli momentów mocno rozgraniczających nam czas pracy od czasu wolnego - szczególnie teraz - jest niezwykle ważne. By zachować znaną nam strukturę dnia, którą niejako wymuszało codzienne wstawanie do pracy, zmuszeni jesteśmy zbudować ją sobie teraz sami. Choć, jak podkreśla Patryk Wójcik – autor książki \"Jak pracować zdalnie i nie zwariować\", zadanie nie jest proste. Ja powiedziałbym, że jest nieskomplikowane i trudne zarazem. Nieskomplikowane, w kwestiach technicznych. Codzienne wstawanie, które wpływa na tzw. chronobiologię naszego organizmu – czyli ustawia organizmowi plan codziennego wzmożenia, bądź obniżenia „obrotów\", odpowiedni strój, w którym pracujemy, stworzenie sobie biurowego zakątka w domu służącego tylko do pracy, czy chociażby przygotowanie sobie posiłków „do pracy” to te techniczne aspekty, które nie budzą większego lęku. Zdecydowanie trudniejszym elementem jest okraszenie tego odpowiednią <strong>dyscypliną</strong>.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Człowiek jak mysz</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Kontrowersyjną postawiłem tezę. Jednak przyjrzyjmy się temu bliżej. Chodzi o tak zwany eksperyment Calhouna, w którym naukowiec badał rozwój dwóch populacji myszy. Jedna poddana była życiu w warunkach wręcz szklarnianych, gdzie miała poddane pod nos wszystko co było potrzebne do życia. Druga natomiast nie dostała nic.
