Dla wielu jest to zagadnienie bzdurne, tak jak relaks. Niektórzy zasłaniają się wymówką, która przedstawia odpoczynek jako zbędne działanie, a w zasadzie „zbędne nic-nie-robienie”. Dla pewnych osób wizja odpoczynku wiąże się z silnym lękiem przed niezrealizowanymi zadaniami. Inni zaś interpretują odpoczynek jako coś, co powoduje, że lista zadań rośnie tak bardzo, że w pewnym momencie przerasta. I traktują to tak, jakby ta sytuacja miała sprawić, że „świat się zawali”. Chcemy być produktywni, więc wypoczynek bagatelizujemy. Trochę tak jak silnik samochodu. Chcemy, żeby wydajnie pracował, ale „lejemy” do niego słabej jakości, „chrzczone”  paliwo, albo lecimy „na oparach”. Nie wróżę takim kierowcom zadowolenia z osiągnięć auta, tak samo jak po prostu zmęczonym ludziom wydajnej pracy.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Na MAKSA</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Praca, praca, praca…a po pracy - praca w domu. Trzeba przecież 10 raz poodkurzać praktycznie lśniącą podłogę, wypada jeszcze jechać do budowlanego po farbę i chociaż jedną ścianę przemalować. Dobra jak dziś wieczorem posiedzę dłużej to jutro będę mógł trochę wcześniej wyjść i pojadę po farbę na drugą ścianę. Oczywiście w „przerwach” w tak ułożonym grafiku, nie odpoczywamy. Planujemy kolejne jego zapychanie i myślimy o tym jak bardzo jesteśmy zmęczeni. Jak wielu z was ma taki schemat w głowach? Coś tu nie gra. Pracujemy, planujemy, myślimy o tym jak bardzo jesteśmy zmęczeni. Kiedy tak naprawdę wypoczywamy? Temat zatytułowany jest słowem urlop, ale nie chodzi mi o wolne w klasycznym ujęciu. Kolejną częścią tytułu są słowa „wyrażanie emocji i regenerację”. Potraktujmy to jak równanie: </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"center\",\"customTextColor\":\"#003399\"} -->\r\n<p style=\"color:#003399\" class=\"has-text-color has-text-align-center\"><strong>Wyrażanie emocji + Regeneracja = Urlop</strong></p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Oczywiście na osiągnięcie składników tego równania istnieją też inne sposoby, jak choćby sen czy rozmowa z bliską osobą. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Zajmijmy się urlopem. Moim zdaniem urlop, nie powinien być zarezerwowany jedynie na ujęcie klasyczne. Dbanie o wypoczynek jest niezwykle istotną częścią, wręcz niezbędną i obligatoryjną naszej produktywności. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Liczy się balans</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Badania jasno pokazują, że między pracą a wypoczynkiem powinien być zachowany zdrowy balans. Procentowe ujęcie wygląda w taki sposób, że 30% życia przesypiamy. Zostaje nam 70% z czego połowa powinna być zarezerwowana na relaks. Aby być produktywnym, powinniśmy poświęcać pracy ok. 30% czasu. Tak jesteśmy skonstruowani i już. Jeśli będziemy zaburzać te relacje, nasza praca nie będzie produktywna i kropka.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Moc regeneracji</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Tak bardzo ważna, choć jednocześnie tak bardzo niedoceniona. Pozwala przecież na łatwiejsze skupienie, refleks, bardziej adekwatne reakcje. Podejmowanie decyzji i zapamiętywanie nowych rzeczy przychodzi łatwiej, problemy z pamięcią krótkotrwałą są znacznie mniejsze. Potwierdzają to rezultaty czteroletnich badań, prowadzonych przez Giulio Tononi i Chiary Cirelli (Uniwersytet Wisconsin w Madison). <br> </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Dlaczego regeneracja jest tak ważna? Dlaczego dzięki niej działamy sprawniej, lepiej, szybciej, mamy bardziej adekwatne reakcje czy refleks? Dlatego, że zmęczony umysł działa automatycznie – czyli bez świadomego, uważnego odbierania bodźców i reagowania. Wówczas mózg opiera się na naszych nawykach, które niekoniecznie są zdrowe czy wspierające. <br> </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Dlatego jeżeli chcesz zmian, w jakimkolwiek obszarze swojego życia, zadbaj o to, by najpierw zabrać się za odpoczynek.
