Przedstawmy kilka danych procentowych badania przeprowadzonego przez HRM Insitute.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul><li>Tylko 54 proc. uczestników badania deklaruje docenienie w pracy.</li><li>Poczucie doceniania spada wraz z wiekiem - ma je 67 proc. ankietowanych w wieku do 29 lat i już tylko 41 proc. w wieku powyżej 50 lat.</li><li>99 proc. osób biorących udział w badaniu o nazwie \"Siła Doceniania\" deklaruje, że docenianie w pracy jest dla nich bardzo ważne. Nie ma tu znaczenia płeć, wiek czy branża, w której pracują.</li></ul>\r\n<!-- /wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Rok 2020 bez wątpienia obfitował w wiele okazji, w których mogliśmy być wdzięczni różnym grupom zawodowym. Zaczynając od służby zdrowia, gdzie pracownicy tej gałęzi naszego społeczeństwa byli niejako na pierwszej linii frontu w walce z wirusem, a idąc dalej musimy przecież docenić pracowników sklepów spożywczych. Ten czas w szczególny sposób potwierdził, jak wiele zależy od pracowników, którzy w tych trudnych okolicznościach swoją ogromną determinacją i wiarą w sens wspierania Polaków pokazali, że potrafią uczynić niemożliwe możliwym.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3> Employer branding</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><br>Employer Branding to nic innego jak budowanie wizerunku firmy jako atrakcyjnego pracodawcy. W skład zagadnienia wchodzą działania zewnętrzne takie jak, np. proces rekrutacyjny, jak i wewnętrzne skupiające się po prostu na inwestycje w człowieka. Nie mówimy tu tylko i wyłącznie o zasobach ekonomicznych ale o inwestycji rzeczy dużo ważniejszych które człowiek może dać drugiemu. Czas, zaangażowanie, swoje emocje. Zwykłe słowo „dziękuję” ma wielką moc i jest jednym z filarów budowania wzajemnego szacunku.<br> </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Młodsi i starsi pracownicy</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Co mówią nam badania przeprowadzone przez HRM Institute? Pisaliśmy już, że tylko 54 proc. uczestników badania uważa, że są doceniani w pracy. To wynik, który zdecydowanie powinien skłonić pracodawców do refleksji. Nasuwa się oczywiste pytanie: Czy stać mnie na to, żeby blisko połowa pracowników czuła się niedoceniana. Taki pracownik nie czuje się związany z firmą, a także nie ma motywacji do jak najlepszego wykonywania swoich obowiązków. Trzeba tutaj zwracać uwagę na starszych pracowników. Deklaracje uczestników badania pokazują, że poczucie doceniania spada wraz z wiekiem. Docenienie ankietowanych w grupie do 29 lat deklaruje 67%. W grupie 50 + już tylko 41%.<br> </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Każdego stać na docenianie</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Wielu pracodawców twierdzi, że zwyczajnie ich nie stać na docenienie swoich pracowników. Na myśli oczywiście mają gratyfikację finansową. Tymczasem według badania przeprowadzone przez HRM Institute, pierwsze miejsce egzekwio z finansami stawiana jest przez pracowników pozytywna informacja od przełożonego. Drugie miejsce zajmuje podziękowanie przez pracodawcę za wysiłek na forum firmowym. Częste, uczciwe, publiczne i regularne docenianie pracowników i zespołów jest ważne w pracy. Na taką formę nagrody z pewnością stać każdego pracodawcę i to bez względu na sytuację finansową.
