Wydawałoby się, że praca zdalna jest „oszczędniejsza” w ramy czasowe. Faktem jest, że człowiek jest w stanie skuteczniej i szybciej wykonać zadanie, gdy „wejdzie na obroty” – potocznie rzecz ujmując. Z bardziej fizjologicznego punktu widzenia chodzi o wyłączenie zbędnych ośrodków peryferyjnych, czyli po prostu o skoncentrowanie się na zadaniu. Niewątpliwie podczas pracy zdalnej łatwiej jest ułożyć sobie plan pracy na dany dzień, a także nie ma „rozpraszaczy” typu: „chodź na kawkę”. Co w takim razie jest powodem wspomnianych nadgodzin?</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3> Czynnik ludzki</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Powodem jest brak kontroli nad swoim czasem pracy, a także nie respektowanie godzin pracy przez przełożonych. Aż, 82 proc. pracodawców uelastyczniło w dobie pandemii miejsca pracy, w co zalicza się także przejście pracowników na home office. Praca zdalna będzie znacznie częściej stosowana po pandemii niż przed nią. Praca w takim trybie wymaga jednak odpowiedniego podejścia ze strony pracodawców oraz pracowników, a także nowych regulacji prawnych.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3> Raport</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Raport firmy Dehora pt. „Czas pracy w czasie pandemii – nowe wyzwania, nowe rozwiązania” pokazuje, że 82% pracodawców wprowadziło elastyczność w dobie pandemii, odnośnie czasu pracy u swoich pracowników. Niewątpliwie praca zdalna bądź hybrydowa wejdzie na stałe do kanonu sposobów wykonywania swoich obowiązków. Okazało się, że zarówno pracownicy jak i sami pracodawcy dość dobrze odnaleźli się w tej sytuacji. Jest to także sposób na zaoszczędzenie pieniędzy, np. wynajmu powierzchni biurowych. Trudno jest sobie wyobrazić, żeby po zdjęciu lockdownu firmy zaczęły masowo rezygnować z pracy zdalnej.<br> </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>„Praca zdalna – rewolucja, która się przyjęła”</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>To tytuł ubiegłorocznego raportu Future Business Institute. Wynika z niego, że aż 75% pracowników uważa, że po zakończeniu pandemii praca biurowa winna być łączona z formą zdalną/hybrydową. Dla 12% respondentów mogłaby być głównym sposobem wykonywania obowiązków, a 6% uważa, że praca zdalna powinna zastąpić stacjonarną całkowicie. Tylko 7% nie ma zdania na ten temat. Badanie to pokazało również, że większość ankietowanych (aż 71%), uważa, że praca zdalna przynosi korzyści zarówno firmie, jak i samym pracownikom. <br>Serwis LiveCareer.pl również przeprowadził podobne badanie. Pokazało ono że 51% Polaków lubi pracę w formule zdalnej. Zbliżony odsetek jednak uważa, że ten rodzaj pracy ma negatywny wpływ na work-life balance. Dla 69% badanych największym wyzwaniem jest…zakończenie pracy w danym dniu. Zamknięcie poczty itd. I przełączenie się na tryb „po pracy”.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3> Prawdziwie palący problem – nadgodziny</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Najczęstszym powodem przekraczania czasu pracy jest jego organizacja i konsekwencja w realizacji planu dnia. Jest to po prostu łatwiejsze gdy wykonujemy obowiązki w środowisku pracy w biurze, stacjonarnie. Około 30% pracowników regularnie pracuje w nadgodzinach właśnie z tego powodu. Powodów dla których zmuszeni jesteśmy do pracy w nadgodzinach jest oczywiście więcej. Drugim najczęstszym powodem jest utrzymanie work-life balance`u w sytuacji, gdy mowa o rodzinach z dziećmi. Jest  to szczególnie trudne dla rodziców, którzy łączą obowiązki zawodowe i opiekę nad dziećmi, np. w czasie lekcji zdalnych. Ankietowani przez LiveCareer.pl wskazali, że największym plusem pracy zdalnej są elastyczny czas pracy i poczucie bezpieczeństwa.
