Rapid changes in the demand for competencies and occupations associated with the automation and computerization of manufacturing processes, will lead to a decline in labor demand. This is a strong and alarming trend that economists and HR specialists are writing a lot about. However, experts at the World Economic Forum point out that simultaneously with the disappearance of occupations, new ones will be created and the demand for labor will change, but will not disappear completely.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhich professions and which competencies will develop in the world of the fourth technological revolution?
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAccording to an infographic prepared by Guthrie Jensen, the professions that will develop most rapidly are big data analysts, medical professions, veterinary professions, sales, marketing, design, training and education, management analysts and web developers.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAmong the 10 key competencies cited are negotiation, critical thinking, complex problem solving, emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThat the job market is changing needs no convincing.
