How to maintain a business, how to provide security for employees, even offering the possibility to work remotely. How not to lose a source of income.... Uncertainty, reorganizations, layoffs. Increasingly there is talk of a returning <strong>era of the employer</strong>. But even now, companies need talent as their growth force.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>How to identify talent?</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>A common misconception is that talent only fits into a given age framework. Some recruiters look hard for talent among young staff. Others, on the other hand, believe that being too young and inexperienced has not yet allowed an employee to develop. And yet such an uncut diamond, with the support of a manager, will develop and improve its qualifications, becoming a real treasure for the company.<br>Increasingly, companies are using advanced IT tools to discover valuable talent. This is hard to do with just an interview. Some recruiters conduct tests, identifying a candidate's strengths and weaknesses. <br>However, practice shows that real verification occurs only <strong>during daily work</strong>. Thinking about the future</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Although we rather rarely realize it, it is much harder to keep a talented employee in a company than to discover his talent. This is what <strong>benefit systems</strong> like access to private medical care, a sports card or healthy snacks are offered for. Let's remember that this aspect of employment is still important in many companies, although it has been overshadowed by the changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Thinking about talent development cannot be short-term. <br><strong>The most important thing is to provide opportunities for professional development</strong>.
