With this in mind, the time has come for the trainer. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Coach, trainer, teacher, mentor. These terms are only seemingly simony. They carry much more content that a person can impart to another in the course of his learning. Of course, a mentor is also a person who, like a trainer, imparts knowledge, but usually when we say \"trainer\" we mean the whole complex relationship of student/player and trainer. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>For example, Japanese martial arts such as Judo, Aikido, Kyudo - collectively contain the ending \"to\". In Japanese, \"do\" means the way and it is a common path that the trainer and student walk side by side together. We will describe the four qualities that we believe best characterize a true do trainer. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Authenticity</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>This is a quality without which no person who teaches others will achieve good results. How many videos have been made depicting teachers with authentic passion, with that God touch to teaching, who, working with talented individuals, achieved great results in their fields. This is the authenticity in what you do. One must first be on fire oneself in order to ignite others!</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Perseverance</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>In the term perseverance, here I also mean a lot of patience. The road to success together, is always laced with hard work. Many times it is a winding and bumpy road. The coach and his student(s) before they experience the taste of victories, well they usually know the taste of defeat. Here, patience for the coach plays a key role, because this patience in believing in the potential he saw at the beginning of the student is what it is all about. Remember, already the Greeks said that \"patience is the key to happiness\"!</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3> Passion</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Passion is a quality without which we will not achieve true success in any profession. While finances or our position may look sensational in a bank account and on a resume, if we dream of true fulfillment, we must live what we do every day. Teaching should be a genuine passion...we just summed up two qualities:)</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Fairness</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Fairness and justice are qualities that characterize not only a good trainer, but also, simply put, a good person... Although the trainer's opinion will always be subjective, his assessment against his charges must be consistent and substantive. For evaluation, most often the trainer is served by appropriate aids - tools. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>There are many more qualities that describe <strong>a good trainer</strong>. However, these four, in our opinion, are the absolute foundation of the values that should characterize a person who passes his knowledge to others.
