According to the new regulations and updates, many of us are working from home because everyone's safety is important. The most important thing now is our health and the protection of our families, partners and clients.<br></p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>But are we ready to work remotely? Do we know how to organize our new daily life?<br></p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>We are now forced to manage additional responsibilities: over children and the elderly. At the same time, we can meet no matter where we are or where we work from. This is because we can meet and work remotely.<br>What's more, companies continue to hire and prepare new employees for work by operating remotely.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Some tips</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>For this reason, we have prepared for you a guide consisting of 10 tips on how to work effectively from home:</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} -->\r\n<ol><li><strong>Prepare a set agenda</strong>. A solid plan will help you not deviate from your scheduled activities. Both your goals and your daily schedule should be planned and taken into account before you start working from home.   </li><li><strong>Adhere to your working hours</strong> so that other employees know when you are available. Otherwise, some may think you are always available. The best idea is to set your working hours in advance for the whole week or month and officially inform others.</li><li><strong>Set your short-term and long-term goals</strong> to stay organized and focused on your priorities. Remember that self-discipline is very important, so we advise you to keep a log or diary of your hours in the day and what you are doing then to manage everything well.</li><li><strong>Use remote working tools</strong> (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx for video conferencing - we'll cover more of these in the next article). This will help you stay in touch with your customers and provide them with continuous support.</li><li><strong>Limit anything that distracts you</strong> - whether it's family members, emails, TV or social media notifications. Observe what distracts you the most. Once you've assessed that, then make an action plan to limit what keeps you from focusing.</li><li><strong>Prepare your own space for work, relaxation, meals, etc.</strong> These activities will help you create a productive work space.</li><li><strong>Devote yourself completely to what you are doing now and focus on it.</strong> Even if you are a multi-tasker, focus on one thing at a time. It may be tempting to mix your responsibilities at work with those at home, but maintain boundaries to avoid confusion at work. </li><li><strong>Be available</strong> to prove that you're really working, so answer phone calls and respond to emails as soon as possible. This will help you build trust with your colleagues and business partners.</li><li><strong>Be aware of current travel warnings</strong> to limit unnecessary trips to risky places.</li><li><strong>Keep your information confidential </strong>- in a business environment, it is extremely important to follow all regulations and procedures regarding data security.
