Many companies, unfortunately, have not been able to withstand the situation and have had to suspend or completely shut down operations. Many companies also took advantage of the pandemic situation and turned it to their advantage. In the lion's share, companies have moved to remote work. All HR processes have taken on a new digitalized dimension - which poses quite a challenge for HR professionals.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Despite predictions of a regression in the employment market, it is already safe to say that no one expected such a demand for employees. As a result, full hands have just mentioned HR specialists. Among their tasks is to, among other things, fish out the right candidate for the right place and work out together the terms of his potential employment.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>The physical workplace and its place in recruitment</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>It's becoming increasingly apparent that with most sanitary restrictions lifted, many companies have already returned to offices. Some employers have introduced a hybrid work system, such as working remotely 3 times a week. However, as far as international organizations are concerned, they tend to stay with a completely remote system. For companies that have decided to, at least partially, work \"the old way,\" the very concept of \"office\" takes on a new meaning. We observe that there has been an effect of \"starving\" potential employees for work in the stationary formula. It's been months since contact with another human being, has been drastically reduced. People are simply drawn to each other. Hence, stationary work has now become a kind of \"lure\" for potential candidates.  It now seems that offices will be the place for the most important meetings and a truly creative space for the emergence of innovative solutions. Many entrepreneurs took advantage of the pandemic time to carry out renovations, in their companies thanks to which the offices to which employees return are nicer, more comfortable and provide greater ergonomics.<br></p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>The office is the company's business card</h3>\r\n<!-- /wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The physical building - the company, has always been the image of the company. Its internal as well as external condition for a potential customer is of colossal importance. And certainly at the very beginning. After all, it is not without reason that it is said \"as they see you so they write you\". The first impression is the most important. In the current era, most of the sales conversations took place remotely. This is not an ideal way of communication and certainly not a substitute for face-to-face conversation. When we have the opportunity to invite a client, for example, for a follow-up conversation, at a stage when our \"dill\" is worked out to a large extent, but the client does not quite know what kind of company he is dealing with - conducting the next stage of the conversation in our well-kept building, in a nice office with a good freshly roasted coffee and a piece of homemade cake is of colossal importance for our potential counterparty and can often be decisive for the success of establishing cooperation. We observe that companies are increasingly betting precisely on showing their centers in their PR.
