Let's imagine that we need to commission an employee - let's assume a production department - for some work, e.g. we need a welder with specific qualifications. We have several of them on board our plant. How do we weed out the one with the right skills needed to do the job? SmartManager, through the use of a division into degrees of competence: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, etc., allows us to classify a specialist into the appropriate level.
