What time management techniques will work best for you? Read our post to learn how to become more efficient. To help you plan and control how much time you spend on different activities, we've prepared the most useful techniques for you:

- Plan ahead to avoid wasting time - simply write down as many ways as you can think of how you can remedy the loss of time, such as thinking about how much time you spend using social media or watching TV. Hang your ideas in a prominent place so you don't get sidetracked.
- Wisely sort your goals in terms of their importance - decide which things are really important in your life and focus on them when you're enthusiastic, then when you're 70% efficient, and finally, when you're slowing down. You can figure this out by drawing hourly blocks on a piece of paper. Some people are morning birds, others are owls.
- Don't focus on unimportant tasks - to find out what your priorities are, create a list of your tasks and give each one a different number of points (e.g., from 10 to 100). This will help you see the most important things to do.
- Deal with distractions - for example: clutter on your desk, all the important things you need for work, doing one activity at a time, etc. Recognize all the \"distractions\" in your life, write them down and identify your personal strategies for overcoming them, such as time limits, setting reminders on your cell phone, using sticky notes, etc.
- Include breaks between tasks in your schedule - it's very important to have short and effective breaks, but sometimes we may not realize how surprisingly fast time passes. Simply, do a quick exercise, close your eyes, think about something, but don't count! Open your eyes when you think a minute has passed. Opening your eyes at another time will show you how quickly we can lose track of time.
- Keep track of your time and set time limits for yourself - you can do a simple exercise to see where you lose time. Prepare a sheet of paper with 24 squares that represent 24 hours in a day and fill them with your routine activities. This way you can see what you should spend more time on, what you should spend less time on, and what you should eliminate to improve your time management efficiency.
