Without confidence in the team and a sense of security, instead of focusing our energy on work, we focus on a kind of survival. <br>On the other hand, if we operate in a trustworthy team we are more willing to take risks and give more of ourselves - everything happens more smoothly. Therefore, if you notice trust issues in your project, it is worth working on it as soon as possible. Nothing built on a weak foundation will last!</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"fontSize\":\"medium-24\"} -->\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-24-font-size\">Lack of attention to results</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Sometimes it happens in a team that the work that is supposed to be done yes gets done, but no one cares to take one step further. To check if the thing works properly, if it meets the customer's expectations. The tasks on their list are ticked off, so they can go home. It also happens that tasks are not brought to completion at all. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>How to influence such a team? At the beginning of project activities, <strong>define a clear goal</strong>, a plan of action and the benefits of future results. Such a view of the big picture allows you to understand why you are gathering at a particular place, and is also very valuable when motivation is lacking. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"fontSize\":\"medium-24\"} -->\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-24-font-size\">Avoiding or diluting responsibility </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>It's hard to see a project through to completion when the team is unwilling to take on tasks, or avoids responsibility for the results of their work. It's good to work with people who are eager to help, offer ideas that could lead the team forward. Often, unfortunately, such people are in short supply, as we are afraid that we will be taken advantage of, that the line between work and private life will be blurred. What is important here is trust, which provides the aforementioned sense of security.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":50} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Creating a good team is not such a simple matter. Sometimes disputes may arise - it's inevitable. Fortunately, there are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"/blog/techniki-rozwiazywania-konfliktow\">many ways to creatively resolve conflicts</a></span> so that we learn valuable lessons from them.
