Company registration data: NIP: 675-12-44-510, KRS: 0000009246.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions:</strong><br>Certified Human Resource Manager® (CHRM)® development program addressed to human resource management employees who are involved in human resource development in organizations, six years of professional experience is indicated.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>By sending an application to the Organizer, the Ordering Party declares that he/she meets the participation criteria<br>described in the offer and accepts all its provisions.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul><li>1. The basis for taking part in the development program is sending to the Organizer by fax<br>or by e-mail an application form, completed and signed by an authorized person,<br>, constituting a confirmation of participation in the development program under the terms and conditions presented<br>in the development program offer. Submitting the application form is a commitment to<br>pay the price of the development program according to the prices for the individual elements of the \"<br>development path\" and to comply with the terms of the agreement.</li><li>2. The ordering party will participate in the modules or packages according to the \"<br>development path\" chosen by him/her by marking an 'X' next to the selected item.</li><li>3. A VAT invoice will be issued as standard and sent via email or fax upon receipt<br>of the completed and signed application form. For the form and payment terms, please see<br>the table below.</li><li>4. The cost of participation in the development program is: a maximum of 7900,00 PLN net*+ 410$ cost of<br>certification exam including certification + applicable VAT rate<br>* Please select the price option according to the chosen development path.</li><li>5. Payment for the conducted training will be made according to the option marked in the table, in accordance<br>with the described form and term of payment to the bank account indicated in the invoice.</li><li>6. The date of crediting the payment is the day it is credited to the Organizer's bank account.</li><li>7. The participant may resign from participation in the full development program:<br>- up to 14 days before the realization of the competency test without incurring any costs,<br>- up to 3 days before the realization of the competency test, at the same time agreeing to pay<br>a handling fee in the amount of 500.00 PLN + VAT in accordance with the applicable VAT rate ,<br>which may be deducted from the amount paid for participation in the development program.</li><li>8. In the event of a total cancellation of participation in the training, less than three days before<br>implementation of the study, the participant is obliged to pay the total amount shown in points. 4 and 5<br>of the application form.</li><li>9. In case of cancellation of the implementation of the development program for reasons attributable to<br>the Organizer, the total amount paid for participation will be immediately refunded<br>to the Participant.</li><li>10. All rights are reserved. Training materials or parts thereof may not be copied,<br>translated into foreign languages, used by any other organization during training<br>seminars, workshops organized in Poland without prior written consent of the Organizer and<br>without payment of the required license fee.</li><li>11. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing under pain of nullity.</li><li>12.
