\r\n This is a closed development program for leaders at various levels. We start with a diagnosis of needs and leveling, then we implement workshops (onsite or online), e-learning and management games, coaching/mentoring and evaluation of effects (Kirkpatrick model). The program can end with Excellence in Management©℠ certification.

\r\n The program is for new managers (First Step Manager), experienced managers and senior managers/directors. We offer three levels: basic, advanced and expert - selected according to managerial maturity and company goals.
\r\n\r\n 3. How do you personalize closed-door training for the company's culture and challenges?
\r\n We conduct a diagnosis (surveys, interviews, HR data), competency leveling and goals workshop with stakeholders. Based on this, we design modules, cases and exercises tailored to the industry, culture and success rates.
\r\n\r\n 4. What is the learning format - desktop, online or blended?
\r\n We work in a blended learning format: workshops (onsite/online), e-learning with progress monitoring, games and case studies, and implementation mentoring. We implement programs in Polish and English.

\r\n Certification is optional. It includes a summary of effects, verification of knowledge/skills and an implementation task. It is a confirmation of the achieved managerial competencies of the program.

\r\n We use the Kirkpatrick model (reaction, knowledge/skills, behaviors, results), KPIs agreed with the client, and implementation tasks. We report progress, conclusions and recommendations.
