What does the business trainers certification exam consist of?
You will earn yourtrainer 'scertification by passing an exam at the level of your choice and suitability.

Trainer Certificates are designed for people who provide or want to in the future provide training to adults internally, within their company, and/or externally, outside their organization.
How to take the trainer exam?
The exam consists of a test of 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the level chosen, the design and delivery of a training course using activity-based methods or the entire training cycle.

What is the difference between CIPT® and CICT® certifications?
CIPT® is aimed at external trainers, while CICT® is aimed at internal trainers who provide training to employees within an organization. The differences relate to the formal level and the scope of professional responsibility.
Do I need to complete the course to take the exam?
No - experienced candidates can take the exam directly if they meet the certification requirements. The course is recommended for those who want to prepare methodically.
What is the practical part of the exam?
The participant prepares and conducts a portion of the training in front of the committee. The structure of the session, work with the group, activation methods and achievement of learning objectives are evaluated.
Does the ACI® certificate have international recognition?
Yes - ACI® documents are recognized in many countries. In Poland, the certificate can be a formal confirmation of competence in accordance with the requirements of the ZSK.
Can I become a Heuresis trainer after certification?
Yes - after certification you can apply to join the Heuresis coaching team. The cooperation applies to trainings in Poland and abroad, according to your competence profile.
