Access to the e-learning platform

The full blended learning course includes:

1. Who is the Excellence in Management©℠ training for?

The training is designed for boards of directors, business owners, managing directors and top managers who are responsible for strategic decisions, performance execution and development of key teams.

2. How long is the course and what is the format of the classes?

The program lasts 4 days and includes: e-learning (materials, tests, implementation tasks) and classes with a trainer - in a choice of two forms: online live (Zoom/Teams) or stationary in Krakow. The participant decides which track he or she wants to participate in.

3. What if the online or stationary group does not come together?

The launch of a given path depends on the number of applications. If the group does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will offer you participation in the second form. We inform you in advance and make sure that the content quality is the same regardless of the mode.

4. Do online and onsite classes differ in the program?

No. The substantive scope and certification are identical. The difference is only in the mode of participation: online we work through Zoom/Teams type platforms, while in Krakow you have the additional opportunity for intensive networking and classroom work.

5. Does the choice of form affect the certificate?

No. The CIPM® international certificate has the same value and confirms the same competencies regardless of the chosen path.

6. Does the program end with an international certificate?

Yes. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the CIPM® - Certified International Professional Manager certificate, issued in accordance with the American Certification Institute® (ACI®) standards and recognized worldwide.

7. What are the main stages of the course?

The program includes: competency diagnosis, content design to meet the needs of the group, classes with the trainer (online or onsite), implementation tasks, and post-workshop evaluation and support.

8. How does the competency study influence the program?

The competency diagnosis identifies strengths and areas for development. As a result, the content is closely tailored to the group, and participants receive solutions ready to implement in their organization.

9. What strategic issues does the training cover?

The program focuses on strategy execution in the four BSC perspectives, implementing ESG principles, building resilient systems in a VUCA environment, developing accountability in teams, and creating value to drive organizational growth.

10. How interactive are the classes?

Very. We combine short introductions with simulations, exercises, work on participant cases and implementation tasks. Each participant works on real challenges of their organization.

Yes. You are encouraged to work on your organization's actual challenges (with confidentiality). This way you come back after the training with prototypes of ready-made solutions.

12. What does the post-training support look like?

After the workshop portion, we complete an evaluation, provide you with implementation tasks and provide guidance for follow-up. You also have the opportunity for additional consultations to support the consolidation of results.
