After completing the program, you can take the exam and obtain the titles Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT®) and Certified International Corporate Trainer (CICT®) - recognized by employers and institutions in Poland and around the world.

This is certified training with international ACI® certification. The exam is also possible without taking the course, but we recommend the full path - the workshop gives practice, feedback and a portfolio of exercises that the exam alone does not provide.

What is the form of learning in certified trainer training?

  • onsite workshops - intensive practice, demonstrations, micro-training,
  • online classes 24/7 - platform with materials and implementation tasks,
  • pre-course competency test - diagnosis of coaching style and areas of development.

Each participant chooses the form of classes with the trainer: online or onsite. If your goal is to conduct online training - the remote path (exercises and simulations in an online environment) is a better choice. If you want to conduct mainly stationary training - choose Krakow: more exercises based on real training activities of participants and working with the group "live".

What does the training for business trainers consist of?

Competency survey

From the survey you will learn what you should learn. It will allow you to monitor whether you are completing this knowledge and skills you need during the training.

Access to the e-learning platform

You will have access to the platform throughout the course and up to two months after the course ends. E-learning includes both materials and gives you the opportunity to communicate quickly with your group mentor and other trainees.

If you also want to get certified, the cost of certification is $360, converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland.

1. Who is Excellence in Business Training©℠ designed for?

This certified training is for people who want to start or advance their careers as business trainers, internal trainers, coaches or adult educators. It is also ideal for subject matter experts who conduct ISO, health and safety, environmental, compliance or application training.

2. What is the form of the course - online or onsite?

The program combines e-learning modules with classes with a trainer. You can choose the form of online live (Zoom/Teams) or stationary workshops in Krakow. If your goal is online training - it is better to choose the remote path. If you want to conduct mainly stationary training - we recommend Krakow, where more exercises are based on real training activities of participants.

3. What if the online or stationary group does not gather?

If the chosen form does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will offer you to participate in the second path. We will inform you in advance and guarantee an equivalent level of content of both modes.
